What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
All our products are shipped by our preferred couriers. We have a selection of delivery options available to ensure safe delivery of your product. All delivery options can be found on our checkout page and the price is final. If there is for any reason a delay in the delivery of your product, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible by email. Please see our delivery details below.
- Order before 4:30pm for FREE next day delivery. ( UK mainland, excluding Scottish Highlands)
- We offer a Saturday delivery which is charged at £35.95
- Non mainland UK addresses may require an additional courier charge of £30 for delivery
- We are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We currently accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards and Maestro, Delta and Visa Debit cards. All our card payments are taken through Sage Pay, a secure online payment terminal with many years experience. Under the data protection act we do not store any card details so all your details will stay private and confidential.
How long will delivery take?
Next working day delivery on all orders to UK mainland. We will aim to despatch orders placed before 5pm the same working day. All orders are sent on a next day service, however we can not be held responsible for delays that are out of our control.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
Any information we collect from you is only for use by Quick Sinks who are owners of the Quick Sinks website, only we may use this information to contact you about any future products, offers or related websites within our company. However this will not be given to any third parties so your information is safe and secure when ordering from the Quick Sinks website. When ordering from the Quick Sinks website your credit card and debit card details are not stored for future use as they are only entered once into the Sage Pay payment area where even the Quick Sinks team can not even see them, this makes our payment gateway 100% secure for all online transactions.
When ordering from Quick Sinks you will receive a confirmation email once we have received payment. You will then have 24 hours to cancel the order should you choose to. To do this you will need to contact us by email so we have written confirmation of the cancellation request. Once an order has been received and checked, it will be sent direct to our supplier who will despatch the goods on our behalf.
